I am a 25-year-old guy,my weight is 85kg,and height is 178cm,I thought I was poor when I saw me from the mirror.I am from China,and my English level was not so good,So I come here,I want to find some measure to reduce my weight and make friends in this,I can train my English level....a ha,so ,that 's all.

Welcome sunyang. I'm new here too, but I hope you lose the weight that you want. If you don't mind me asking, what part of China are you from? I'm a chef, so I'm always interested in where people are from exactly, so I can imagine what they eat!
