hello guys. i think my situation is slightly different from most people...kinda complicated. and i need some advice, (no, i correct that), i need alot of advice on this.
i'm in high school now, and i used to spend a few hours a day training. I stopped temporarily since I can't cope with school activities. what I cant believe is that I've put on like 6 pounds in an incredibly short time. and I can't seem to lose it.
I don't believe in skipping meals coz I'd probably die of hunger (haha!) but my diet isnt much of a problem since my mom keeps strict tabs on my eating to make sure I dont grow any bigger than I am now. My greatest problem is have too much fat around my butt and thighs. I was wondering if you know any good exercises for that. I REALLY NEED LOTS AND LOTSA HELP!! THANK YOU
my coach told me I'm too fat and this will affect how well I perform, which affects getting selected for competitions/performances. so if I can tone up that area, I don't mind the muscle weight. I know like in magazines, many images are airbrushed, but for myself at least, we have to look acceptable live. there's no photoshop. so it's hard
oh btw, I'm just about 5"6 and 110lbs now (asians are naturally smaller build though). and i have a question: does being flexible affect whether one has thinner legs (eg the rhythmic gymnasts are all thin!)
