I have a big problem with my body. After loosing very fast weight, my skin get loosen and it is very ugly. I am only 23 years old and for me is not confident when i see my body in this bad situation. I am training to the gym about 5-6 days a week for about two years but nothing, the loosen skin is there. The only difference i realise with the gym is the muscle growth. i try to eat healthy and some times i eat only healthy foods but nothing. Is anybody out there on the world who could help me????
