Hello everybody!
I’m excited about joining this forum, with like minded people that share a love or interest for sports, fitness or just staying healthy and looking good.
I look forward to talking to people on this forum, whether it's to get motivation or to motivate some of you with my advice and personal drive towards a better fitness health. I'm also creating a blog and talking about my transformation process that i will be taking with you guys. Together we can help, support and motivate each other to reach our fitness/physical goals, no matter how big or small they might be.
Here is a little about me:
My name is Hezha Manmi, i’m a 25-year old guy originally from the middle-east (Iraqi kurdish), but have lived about 16 years of my life in a cold scandinavian country called Finland. I love sports, i mean it has always been a huge part of my life ever since being a kid. I have several different sports such as soccer, american football, volleyball, played in a youth basketball team for 7 years and have done mixed martial arts for the last 3 years. Last but not least, i have been going to the gym ON/OFF for the last 6 years.
So why am i creating a blog? Because i feel like many of us start the new year or just before the summer making promises to reach a specific fitness goal or physical appereance and never really reaching them. Hey trust me, i know how you feel, i’ve gone through the same thing several times. So i thought to myself hey i’m going to make a commitment that i have to follow, so out of respect for you guys that are hopefully reading my blog and for myself, whatever goals i write about in my blog, i have to try my BEST to reach them with your help and in return i will try my best to motivate you and help you reach your goals. So let’s do this together!
As mentioned, sports have always been a big part of my life and i’ve always tried to be a student of each sport, learning the best training methods, eating habits etc. I have also acted as a freelance personal trainer for 3 -4 years now, so i have some experience and knowledge about physical performance, fitness training and dieting programs.
I hope that you will follow my blog and it will as beneficial and motivating for you to reach your goals as it will be for me!
Anyway, if you want something to be added to the website, that i haven’t already added. Feel free to express your feelings and opinions about whatever is on your mind.
