Hey everyone... name is Brian. From Wis, 26 yrs old, 195ish lbs for now. Been an avid follower of this website for a few months now... lots of help and its paying off.... learned how to eat right from this site 
Lost about 15-20 lbs in the past 2 months, 40 in the past year and looking to cut more... still tryin to get rid of that damn stomach chub... but its getting better. Anyways I just thought i would register because i might have some questions here and there, and you all seem like a cool bunch.
