I'm Mike and I'm new on here.
First, let me start off by saying that earlier in the year, I was at 280 pounds. I managed to lose about 40 through diet and exercise. I am now sitting at about 242 (although this number is actually lower but my salt intake has been horrible the past few days). My ultimate goal is to get to 190 pounds by the end of August, but I would be happy if I made it to 200. I'm going to be doing the exact same thing I was doing before to lose weight, but felt I needed a little extra support in the next stretch. Losing weight for me will be very beneficial because I am a student pilot, and although I have my medical certificate already, it will need to renewed in a couple of years. As well, a huge family vacation in planned for Summer of 2011 down to Mexico, so I would like to have a flat stomach
