I've always been big for my age even as a child I was taller and fatter then everyone, I remember going to dances and just standing there looking of everyone's head but the adults. My parent's weren't the best example for a healthy diet my mother would come to me at dinner time with a half gallon of ice cream for dinner.

I've just wanted to be healthy, I made my own diet up before I moved out west and was doing great was slimming down was able to walk over a mile, then I moved and started to work and things went down hill. I've tried to start it again but wasn't used to the altitude difference and got sick, since then I haven't been able to stay to the diet, and now I've started cosmetology school which gave me a membership to a gym I thought I could start again to lose weight. but now matter what I did or how many calories I cut I end up eating or drinking too much.

now I've been told that I should looking into Gastric bypass by the owner of my school. I'm just looking for support and advice on how to stay on my diet that did work.
