Hi all, new guy here. :action11:

A few weeks ago I started my preparation for the army, and while recovering over training periods, I thought; why not seek advice online?

I'm always motivated, but being a member of a fitness forum will keep my mind on my fitness all the time. And remind me to train. :sport2:

I'm currently at the stage of building up soem strong leg muscles with jogging, exercise bike, and squats, etc.

After that, I'll be punishing my cardio system alot - I have 1 and 1/2 month to gain some stamina!!
