Hi everyone, i am a 19 years old college student from Türkiye.I have started my diet on june 2007 at 101.3 kilograms ( btw i am 175 cms) and now i am 80 kgs.I have found this forum about a month ago and ? have been trying to read as much as i can since then.My diet is approx. 1600 cal according to FitDay while my bmr is 1914 again according to fitday.I started to think that i am eating low when my dietician told me that i am burning muscles(im not sure about the amount though , i will try to post the print-outs that my dietician gave me ).I am visiting the gym 3 times a week and doing a 45 minute cardio(140-160 bpm) and weight-training.I've been doing supersets for about one month but i give up them because i am also wanting to bring my body into a greater shape(develop muscle).My ultimate goal is to get to 75 kgs in the long term, im not in a rush for that.But the highest priority is to prevent all my muscle from now on.So should i eat more?
