Hello from the Valley of the Sun!

Hello!

I am interested to hear critiques once I post pictures up! They will be up within the next couple of days! I am trying to gain weight because whatever I seem to do; I end up loosing weight!

You're probably saying, "EAT FOOD". I do eat! I eat often throughout the day, both little meals and bigger meals WITH SUBSTANANCE! I have begun to drink protein shakes as well! My metabolism is super high and just can't seem to gain muscle back that I have lost in the past year!

Hope everyone can help me critique me and my workouts to make sure I am on track!
