Hey, how's everyone doing? Just wanted to introduce myself on this great forum. My name is Damion and I live in South Florida.

Weight loss is something that I've tried doing before in the past, but was never able to stick with it for whatever lazy reasons I had. Recently I was informed that I have High Blood Pressure. I'm fairly young, 27, and have two young daughters that I want to see grow old. So these few things are now wanting me to lose weight, eat right and lower my blood pressure.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on a good diet that I can find? My two problems are that I am a very picky eater. I don't like any type of seafood at all. Mainly eat chicken and meat, really don't like turkey that much. My second issue is that I work from 12a-8a during the week. What can I do for eating while being up with these crazy hours?

Hello and welcome.

I recommend you read the stickies in the nutrititon forum. They will give you good ideas about menus.
My advise is to treat your average day like anyone else would thiers. eat your meals at the same intervals as everone else would. If your body is adjusted to the schedule then it should not make a difference. I believe the whole 'no eating after 8pm' is a myth anyway and has no effect on weight loss.
