Hello from the great Northwest!

Hello everyone!

I decided to find a good forum to help me complete my fitness goals and get some good insight on finding my direction.

I am female, 24 years old, 5'10" and currently weight 245lbs. My heaviest was 310 and though it has been a gradual journey, I am on my way to reach my goal of 140-150 lbs.

I have a decent amount of experience in fitness training but have not really had any straight direction.

Current goals:
-To do a pull up, which would turn into more
-To do full push-ups, 100 in a row. (currently am doing knee push-ups, 100 in reps of 10-15).
-To do 200 low-bw squats in a row (currently at 100, but not as low as I'd like to be able to go).

I'd say I am fairly fit and healthy for my weight, but oviously have a long journey ahead of me! I think the support I can find from all of you will be wonderful, as well as the support I can give
