Hello from the Canary Islands!

Well hi there everyone!
I'm new here and starting to get into the world of sports, I love sports but well need myself to get motivated to actually get my goal which is get a decent trained body, my body ain't bad but it just needs a little bit more of weight loss and toned and in a future probably bulk a little bit more.. Hope to receive all the help possible here and well learn from the experts and hopefully later on teach people like myself :)
