Hello everyine and Merry Christmas. I am 55 years lod and retired from law enforcement in US. I live in Chiang Mai, Thailand and work as volunteer police officer and member of mountain rescue team and have small form in central Thailand. I was hospitalized with high ollod pressure and because of this and also physically demanding mountain rescue I joined gym and work out almost every day. I enjoy hiking and fishing and most outdoors sports as well as martial arts.
