I am a 22 year old male who CIRCA 2006 weighed in at around 11 stones, I peaked at about 16.4. Since i started watching what i was eating I got down to about 220 pounds. I started a diet of minimal fat intake which consisted of
Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch - Cupasoup
Tea - Spaghetti on brown toast
No snacking, water and diluting juice in between.
Monday - 220.4
Tues - 221.4
Wed - 217.6
Thurs - 214.7
Fri - 215.0
Sat - 215.2
Sun - 215.6
I thought I was doing well but now it's creeping back up and I can't figure out why, I was out on Thursday night but stuck to Vodka and Diet Irn Bru which I would figure would have some impact but with so little intake I thought it would level out.
Just here for some tips and advice really!
