Wow, I've dreamed to find such forum, where lots of people can discuss fitness and inspire each other!
So cool to be here!
My name is Maria, I'm 23.
I graduated high school this year and now I'm busy of building up my music career.
Good look is very important for a musician, especially who performs at stage.
I have always respected people who devoted themselves to fitness and bodybuilding. Making perfect body needs much inner strength, confidence and belief.
I started to visit gym about 4 years ago. I began to read fitness magazines, count what I eat and also used services of a personal trainer. I was doing quite good for less than a year - my minimum weight was 64kg. Although my body wasn't completely perfect, I was feeling great! But then alas I began to pay less attention to fitness and healthy food, so...
Now I'm 74.30kg (170cm) and 98-83-105cm.
This year I want to make myself a challenge, bringing back my shape and maybe doing even more!
I plan to lose 10kg in this year. Is it possible for one year? Also I plan to make my muscles more toned and strong again. I'm fancy of muscled hands!)) Although as violinist, I should treat my hands very carefully.
I'm looking forward to start my diary here, so I can supervise how effective is my path. Also I'll probably post my photos from time to time to see the changes.
