Hi =]


I came here as I googled the term 'weight loss forum'. I have googled enough about weight loss tips, about some exercises and diet, but nothing has quite worked. It also owes to my lack of motivation and my laziness, which forms the core of my personality.

I dont want to read articles anymore, I want to talk to real people.


I am a student. I am about to do my undergraduate course. I am from India.

I am 5 and a quarter inches, must be weighing around 58 kgs. probably have HLA B27, which is a main issue why every form of exercise is not safe for me, for example, gymming. I was also diagnosed with PCOS. Gynaecologist has said that this could also be contributing to the weight gain. And that weight loss would help reduce the hormonal balance.


I was pretty fit till 2009, even though i didnt did any exercise. The sudden weight gain started in early-mid 2010.


I expect to find people here who'd guide me for what will work best for me. Guide me regarding different exercises, what, how and when to do - most importantly keeping in mind what is safest and best for HLA B27 , some reliable quick tips, diet, maybe some motivation as well. =]
 
it's great that you have come here. Hopefully you can find some good feedback that can help you get motivated. Without motivation, you are going to have a hard time reaching your goals.
