Hey Everyone

My name is Ashley and I'm 27 years old from Ohio. I joined this forum awhile ago, but I really didn't start reading on it until a few weeks ago. I started my weightloss journey back in April and so far I have lost 22lbs with the help with some great friends on Facebook and myfitnesspal. I have a long way to go, but 22lbs felt impossible before now.

I am sooo excited to start meeting new people here! Please stop and introduce yourself, and feel free to add me on myfitnesspal (arg55) or mapmywalk (ashleyrose2004).
