Hello From New York

Hello Everyone,

Let me introduce myself my name is eddie. I'm 21 years old, 5'9 and 119 lbs. I've always been athletic, I'm an avid mountain biker who tends to ride about 35 miles a week, and a avid softball player i try to play at least once a week when I'm not bowling. I've always been the skinny one out of all my friends, i can eat anything possible and not gain weight. I recently had a scare with a hernia that forced me to re-examine my overall fitness. On a side note the hernia went away on its own. My doctor said i need to start taking a multi-vitamin and that some exercise would be good for me so here I am. I would like to gain some muscle as i think i am way too skinny for my own good. Mostly i would like to gain some mass around my arms and chest. While getting my abs and back toned along with my calves. I've included a few pictures to show my current status.
