Hey there. My name is Mindy and I am new to this to learn lots of info. Think I know a lot already about weightloss but I deal with so much that I want to see if there is more I do not know.
My main goal is to lose atleast 100 lbs. I am at 230 now. I am 5'1" too. I really need to exercise but and not good at making myself do it. I wish I had more discipline.
