Howdy, I came here for some support as people around me say I look fine...
I use to weight 275 pounds and got down to 215-well I am back up to 250. I used to do weight watchers and can do it anymore.. or maybe just need support. (my height is 5'-10.5'')
about me:
I am a 25 year old guy from a large family (size and number). I just recently graduated from university with no job.. that's fine by me-I'd like a break. If anyone is from the area and needs a work out friend or has any idea how to get back on track-please let me know as I'd be very appreciative. Feel free to be blunt and just tell me the truth too.

ok now that i got that out. i know its hard to stop eating the things that you are used to but you can switch the pop to juice for now then cut out the juice to water. as far as meat, you can have that just make sure that its extra lean. do not buy frozen meals. a diet in high fiber will keep you full as long as you drink lost of liquid. coffee and tea dont count unless they are caf. free. you should get between 25-35 grams of fiber a day. and you need to count calories. i will have to look in my book before i can tell you roughly how many you should have. i would also try to cook your own meals more often. an if you count calories which i really hope you do plan what your going to eat the day before. this is how i lost all the weight that i have so far an its still working for me. i know that everyone body is different but i hope that this works for you.
, well I need something sweet-anyone have a good idea? Also, I am found a gym in Fenton, MI and am going there. they have an amazing person training special right now. I feel so stupid to say this but I need that. I need someone else to help me push myself.
