Well, lets see, where to start... I am going to be 40 years old in two weeks. I was involved in a car accident almost 4 years ago that did a lot of damage and put a STOP to my weight loss. Since then, I have gained back 30 of the 75 pounds that I lost. I am still not able to do a lot when it comes to exercise. But I am hoping that with some support, I will be able to get back on track and begin losing weight again.

I weigh 250 pounds and I stand 5 ft 1 in tall. It was a drunk driver that has caused this 4 year delay in my weight loss. I have 4 tears in 3 discs in my back and need to be on the road to being healthy before I can even think about surgery. I have already given up cigarettes. YEAH!!!

My loves are my husband, who has stood with me and even held me up through alot of the ups and downs that the accident has caused. My children that I shall always cherish. Renaissance Festivals, I am HUGE rennie and love making the clothes. All kinds of needle crafts. And reading.

Hi there,

2. You can keep track of your calories for free at or
3. Create your own food journal. This will not only keep you accountable with workouts and your meal plan, but it will give other members, like my nosey little self, a reason to come by and bug you. haha

Oh man... if you make tight laced corsets, by all means, I'm going to have to drop into your diary or PM. hahaa! Best of luck and once again, welcome to the forum.
