Hello from Mass

Hello,

I've been training off and on for about the past 10 years. I'm 5.'8" 180lbs somewhere around the 17% body fat range. I've recently started training with a lady friend from work. We have been training for the 8 weeks and just expressed to each other that we are not that happy with the results and are getting bored. Please could someone direct me to a good routine?
