Hello from Long Beach

New to the forum - not new to fitness. I have been in and around the gym for, gulp, 28 years. Always looking to learn something new, however, and I hope to do so here.

I'll be 42 this year, 6'4" 242lbs (~109kg for our metric friends) and in pretty good shape for an old guy. This year's birthday goal is:

In 40 minutes -

120 Pullups
420 Situps
420 Pushups

I add 10 to each category every year. September is the timeframe and I am doing well towards it. Pullups no problem, Pushups no problem, Situps.... a challenge but I'll get it done. Speaking of that, time to go 'get paid' as my trainer says...
