Hello from little rock!

Hey guys! I'm Anna and I'm 24 years of age. This will be my first time on a forum like this one... so not too sure what to expect. A couple years ago, I was fit in my early 20's, now I feel like I got a little to comfty with my better half that it's making me feel UGLY/FAT! I've tried telling myself I will start a diet tomorrow, but I keep holding if off due to work, and I'm always "tired" I just don't know where to start. I've looked at my old pictures and it gets me down a lot, but yet I still can't seem to take that first step. Didn't know where to start so I came here. I hope to chat with some of you and see what worked for you. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this :)
 
Welcome! Hopefully you can find some motivation here... I can tell you that being tired is part of being out of shape... if you can convince yourself to take that first step to exercise and eat better, it will pay off and you will start feeling less tired all the time! Read the stickies, there is a lot of good advice there and start a diary in the Diet and Motivation section... it will help keep you accountable and help you make friends here! WELCOME! :D
