Hello from Houston!

Hi, my name's Shawn, but I thought Beast sounded a lot cooler, so... Mhm.

I'll dive right in though. I'm fifteen years old, and I'm not very fit at all. I'm not really fat, just mildly chubby. I've spent most of my life in front of the computer, instead of outside. This year I've enrolled in the Marine Corps JROTC program:costumed6:, in hopes of getting more fit, and maybe even building some muscle.

I'd like a separate workout for at home, though. I was hoping that somebody around here could help me right here. I have no idea where I should start, how hard I should be working myself, or anything like that. My hopes are to get fit(as in no excess body fat at all), and hopefully build a little muscle along the way. Then, once I'm more well-rounded, (or, perhaps the opposite,) I'll start working on building a lot of muscle.

Also, I realize that it's not an overnight process, I'm willing to take my time and do this right.I'll probably be editing this tomorrow with my official, "before" picture, but it's too late now, I need to get to bed.

So, hello everyone, and thanks in advance for any advice!

P.S.- I weigh roughly 170lbs., and don't have a lot of muscle. Also, I'm not a very healthy eater. That will change soon, though.

P.S.S.- I have to throw this smiley in here, it's way too awesome to leave behind. :eek2:
