Hi my name is Steve and I am 20.5yr old "computer geek" as they say.

I'm 5'6 & about 135-140lbs which obviously is not a bad weight, but all my muscles are gone and fat has taken their place. Ex. I used to be able to do like 40 push ups, im down to about 15. =/

I would like to get my heart healthy and put some muscle back on, but I am struggling to find the time, motivation, & ways to do so. I find myself always searching online or thinking of ways to do something active, but I hardly ever act on those thoughts.

I've never been into sports. The most physically demanding thing I have ever done was either DDR, or a lip sync contest i did in college, which I am no longer enrolled in.

I am also here for my girlfriend of 2 years. She needs a bit more help than I do. She is in the same situation. She can never find the time or the motivation to do anything active. She is about the same height as me and about 250lbs. She has been on the heavy side since she was born. I don't see her ever being "thin", but I want her to live a long life and the only way to make that happen is if she starts being active and looses some weight.

We both eat pretty good. We cook most of our meals and we always try to make them healthy. I never eat fast foods. The biggest problem is we arent active. So even with the good diet we just arent burning the calories we consume. I think our portions are good if we were just getting our 30 minutes of cardio as we should i think we would be in good shape. I just find it difficult how to get that.
