I am new to this whole forum thing, but I going to give it a try hoping it will help! I'm going to start a diary in an attempt to keep accountable. I am 22 years old, 5'8 and 230lbs. I have been over weight for most of my life and am trying to make a change. Quit drinking which is really hard since its what my friends do while hanging out. Hoping to find some good advice! Thanks
