Kel here, as you can see by my Ticker, I have a LONG way to go.
I am married, with 3 gorgeous kids, and have just moved 11 hrs away from my home in SE Queensland with my hubby and kids for his job.
In all honesty, I am sick of the way I look. I am 153 kilos, very unfit and unhealthy. I LOVE salads and vegies, but I am a very lazy cook, and would rather eat a packet of bikkies, than spend time making salad sanswiches for lunch.
I need to exercise more. DH spent alot of money recently, buying me a treadmill, and I have been using it 30 mins a day, 3 days a week. I have lost 2 kilos over the last 2 weeks, I want to step it up to 40 minutes 5 days a week.
Looking forward to starting my exciting life as a 'yummy mummy' (ALWAYS been told I have a gorgeous face, lol)
