Hello From Canada

Hello everyone. My name is Phil Swain and I am a 26-year-old personal trainer from London Ontario Canada. I've been extremely interested in fitness and health ever since I was a teenager. I developed panic disorder because I was living a fairly unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking, drinking, among other things. I found that the symptoms of panic disorder disappeared as I worked out. One thing led to another and now I tend to hit the gym 4 to 5 times a week as well as eat as healthy as possible. I also trained my clients to live as healthy of the lifestyle as possible. I want to share my knowledge with people as well as learn everything I can. Health and fitness is a lifelong lesson and no matter how much you know, you will never truly master it. Thanks again for having me and I look forward to getting to know you all!

Another one who uses the gym to help with mental issues, they have no standards here do they?

Seriously good for you, I wish more people would use this method of dealing with issues instead of going straight for the pills.

Personally I am a hyperactive, proper one not just a bit of a handful. This brings with it serious aggression issues you either control or they control you. My version is keep a tin lid on it most of the time and vent on random bits of iron in an environment where I can hate myself for a while and benefit from it.
Only downside I use the aggression as fuel for a lot of training, including cycling which is my most common method of commute. This means I have been a little more than impatient with a few cage dwellers on occasion, fortunately never physical.
