Hello everyone. Been lurking a few days and finally decided to register. I'm a 6' 220lb married guy w/2 kids. I used to build houses so I stayed fit no matter what I did or ate due to 50 hrs of hard labor in the Alabama sun. Now I am a desk jockey. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago when I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I was pretty sick for a couple of years and lost fat and a lot of muscle. Now I am in remission for the last 2 years and I have gotten fat lol. I hope to get back to a lean and toned 170-175.
