Hello from Australia

I have been wondering these forums for a while now and thought id join.

Im 16 years old around 6'1". Not oversized in anyway... last time i checked i was 4% body fat, which I think is a bad thing :(.

I pretty much joined here because ive been surfing for a over a year now and would like to put a bit more muscle onto my upper body and build up my stanima. I have an alright upper body... but near buff enough to run down the beach semi naked, in a slow mo baywatch style motion, which is what i am aiming for!

I have acess to dumbells, barbell, home gym thing which pretty much does most of your upper body, excercise bike and them hand grip things which you squeeze. I can also get acess to a table thing which you loop your legs over to blast your abs, which i guess i could subsitute for a bench press too!

But what i lack is routine and i pretty much just do weights now and then. I plan to learn here a 3-4 day weekly routine!

And meet some awsome new people aswell!!

Damn those are some nice frames, Wouldnt want to surf too far the break though, those rocks look like they could do some damage.
