I started my weight-loss journey 3 weeks ago and am going along quiet well. I am following a 20 carb a day diet, biking 30mins a day also.
I just want to stay motivated! any other 20-something females on here with around 15kgs to loose? xx G

Week 1: 68.2kgs
Week 2: 66kgs
Week 3 64.3kgs
 
Hi Gracibabe! I'm a 27 year old American girl living in NZ and I have 9kg to go! When I started I was 27kg overweight after a severe illness. You can do it!!! Best advice I have is minimum 2 litres of water a day, and also, don't beat yourself up if you fall out of your routine. Just pick yourself back up and start again!
