Hi people

I'm a 27-year-old woman from Down Under looking to shed about 30 kilograms.

I'm so happy I found this site; it looks really awesome & helpful. :)

A little about me: I'm into music and dancing, I like to write fiction, songs & poetry, I love to read, love to party & into designing & making my own clothes. Lately, I've found this has been sort of enabling my overweight as I can make the clothes whatever size I like!

I'm setting myself a long-term goal of shedding the extra weight over the next year by eating more healthily & walking every day, at least half an hour.

My main motivations are a desire to feel better physically, be a good role model for my loved ones & develop more passion & zeal for my life. I believe I can do this if I work hard enough towards it & keep motivating myself.

So far, I've always excused my weight for one reason or another. You know, busy life, too much good food around, boredom... Well, I want to stop that habit of excuses & push myself toward a better life!

My main goal in my eating is to eat more vegetables & less processed foods. Eventually, I would love to go totally vegan. :)
 
Welcome! You should start a diary. There are a lot of supportive people here. I enjoyed my years as a vegetarian, but I've never been vegan. Good luck!
