Hi There


I just thought I should first introduce myself before I dive in too deeply into the forums. I came across these forums during a recent search and they really got my interest up.


My name is Kevin and I live in Northern BC, Canada. I love to live as heatlhy as I can and try to make it a major part of my daily life. I look forward to reading some of the posts and hopefully can bring some usefull information as well.


Anyways that is me in a nutshell.
