Hello from a newbie!

Hi all, just thought I'd say hi and introduce myself...

I'm from southern england, I'm 21 and a student social worker.

And today was day 1 of my new regime! So I'm here in the hopes that the board will help keep me motivated and give me some ideas for healthy food, excercise etc.:eek:

Thanks for the welcome, well I'm starting out at 189lbs and my long-term goal is to reach 140 lbs. (My first mini goal will be 180lbs!)

I plan to do it by getting some form of daily excercise, eating smaller portions, cutting out snacks. I am also trying to eat foods with fewer calories and foods with a smaller fat content.

I lost a stone and a half a couple of years back with this approach so I know it will work if I stick to it!:willy_nilly:
