Hi everybody. I just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I am 28 years old and have struggled with my weight my entire life. It's really quite tiring to never be happy with yourself. I think I have finally had enough, and hope this time I will stick with it. I came across this awesome forum, had a look around and thought... "What a great community of people all going through the same stuff as me!" So I set up an account and VOILA -the first step to acheiving my weight loss goal! I hope the only thing I gain here is lots of great inspiration to help me succeed!
Losing weight is an important decision for which you are to be congratulated. If I may ask, what are some of the changes you plan on making to reach your goal?
Thanks From past weight loss attemps I have found that anything too drastic is setting me up for failure, so I think I am going to start out with drinking more water and less empty calories, doing something physical for at least 30 mintues everyday, and not beating myself up and throwing the whole thing out the window if I screw up. It's really very encouraging to have a look at some of the before and after photos and inspirational stories from everyone.
