My name is eugene and i have always been struggling with weight issues. I use to weigh in at 230lbs. after dieting exercise i am down to 185lbs, not bad. I am very lean and have bulked up quite abit. But i was wondering if anybody has any good ab tips? I know you have to hit cardio pretty hard, but is there anything i else i could be doing? I have the upper abs and the obliques showing but the lower abs are so darn stubborn.....any tips?
