Well...I'm pretty busy at work...but to show up SOME FOLKS on here...here is what I ate yesterday.
Morning: Black Coffee...w/ 4 Splenda + 1 cup Oatmeal + 1 banana
Morning Snack: Orange + 2 cups hot green tea
Lunch: Bowl of organic chicken soup from this "green" lunch truck that comes to my Company
Dinner: 1 Grilled Chicken Breast w/ terriyaki sauce + Fist size portion of sauteed beef w/ large portion of steamed veggies (carrots, cabbage, cauliflower) w/ big cup of OJ
TODAY...
Morning: Black coffee...w/ splenda again. I love coffee! fat free yogurt parfait w/ peaches, strawberries and whole grain oats.
No Morning Snack...still full!
Lunch: Organic chicken salad...dressing on the side
Not sure about dinner yet!
Vitamins...C, Multi & B-12...need to re-stock others.

Alta...guess what...my Mama is doing Lindora...she started yesterday! I'm so proud of her...it brings TEARS to my eyes b/c she so deserves to be healthy and to live a long life! So I'm doing this with my family too!!!!
