I'm new to this forum and thought to add the intro, having come across some interesting threads here already.
I've just started a training regiment and looking to keep it going, having been on it now for the last three weeks. It includes running, biking and calesthenics. It's showing results already so I'm all the more motivated to keep it going.
I'm keen to find out more on how to improve effectiveness of my workouts having been a gym-goer for sometime now.
Looking forward to hearing from like-minded folks on fitness and anythings else.
