I'm 15 and I'm into fitness, health, and working out. I've been working out for the past 3 months and plan on doing it for the rest of my life, eating healthy for the past year, and trying to be fit since I started eating healthy. I joined to receive some constructive criticism from some pros and also help people with the knowledge I currently have.
