Hello everyone!

For starters, my name is James! I'm 18 years old and currently in college. I've recently taken a more healthy approach to my life and am loving every minute of it. (Basically right before I came to college I came to the realization that I am no longer in high school and from here on out, no one's going to be pushing me to stay fit and healthy. I always played sports in school and had coaches making me run/exercise but that is no longer how it's going to be. I looked around at my friends that used to be in shape, my parents, and just people in general and decided I didn't want that to be me) I guess it's been about 6 weeks now that I've been trying to get my life back into the shape it deserves to be in. I decided to run a marathon (my first) in December and 4 weeks into the training I've already logged over 60 miles. I just completed the "one hundred pushup challenge", and started my own sit up regimen two weeks ago. I know it's only been 6 weeks, but the changes in my diet and physical habits have really improved my outlook on things and I've become a lot happier. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. Have a great day!
