Alright so I am new to this forum. This is my first serious attempt at losing weight. I have been currently losing weight for about a 3 weeks now. I started at 300 and am down to 280. All I have done is cut my excess eating and starting forcing my self to the gym, regardless of how tired I am. I felt like joining this community would help me stay motivated and maybe find people that have already lost all their weight. So I am going to try and be as active as I can on this forum and make regular updates on my progress. So I look forward to meeting you guys and hopefully getting to my desired weight!
