My name is Jesmond,


I have been trying to loose weight and get in shape for almost 6 months.. The hardest thing for me to do is control my eating patterns, and what I eat when I get started.. I have great control in everything I do in life, but turn into a rabid maniac at dinner time.. never been on drugs, but this is what I imagine drug addiction would feel like..


My fitness programme includes walking, jogging outside and on the treadmill..and am not really motivated to do anything more demanding..


I hope to get some tips from this forum..

This will not actually help your metabolism, but it may help you to feel more full so that you're less likely to overeat.
 
I also experience that thing when I start on my weight loss program,It is really hard when it comes to food that you eat, But I do in the first 3 weeks are all fresh food like veggies and fruits.
