Hey everyone
my name is ella, im from the UK and i've been trying to lose weight for a while. Especially belly fat. I've come across some programs but not much luck, probably because I'm always half witted about putting the techniques into practice. I have had luck with one program, although i dont know if i should tell you girls about it here according to the rules i think. although i guess i could write a success story. Anyway, thought i'd say hello so i can be part of the community!
