Hello, My name is Dylan as you can probably tell, I am 19 years old and currently trying to lose weight. I am 225 pounds and hope to lose 45 pounds. I feel confident in my new found discipline as I have turned my life around before in terms of weight loss but unfortunatly fell out of my routine and slowly gained quite a bit of weight. I was working in a restaurant as a kitchen porter for 6 months recently where I had access to very rich, creamy and fatty foods 3 times a day for staff food and did not resist the temptation to eat what was given to me for free. Oh well, I made the decision to do so and made that mistake so it is time to change that. I have already been in a good pattern for the last 2 weeks, I am back to my old routine of 1 hour walking per day and a caloric intake of somewhere between 1500 - 1750. Thank you for your time and I hope I come out the other end of this adventure 45 or more pounds lighter!
