Hey, how is everybody doing? Im new to these forums and think they will be very helpful to my weight loss! :hurray: : I am currently about 260 pounds, 16 years old and about 6 feet. And im very determined to lose all unnecessary weight. The only problem is, i dont really know where to start:ack2: I would appreciate if any body could help guide me into the right direction.

How many pounds are you looking to lose? Maybe not specifics but a ball park figure?

 
Drink lots and lots of water! Eat breakfast, and move your body more. You're 16, so I would suggest buying some type of video game that motivates you to move your body (suck as Just Dance 1 or 2). Exercise and eating right are the key factors. Replace sugars with fruits and vegetables.
