I am 19 and just 4 months ago I had 2 beautiful baby boys! I had them by c-section and I am looking to get back to my pre-pregnancy body by the time of my littlest son's next surgery in September. I was 110 when I graduated high school and found out I was pregnant and the day I gave birth I was up to about 200. I am now down to 145 and would like to get down to at least 120 because I'm not totally sure I can get down to 110 again. If anyone has any suggestions for exercises that I can do and still take care of my twins or any diets that I could try I would really appreciate it!

You've lost 55lbs and that's really great!

Tour the site. There are so many exercise ideas here. Also, you can read through the Diary section and view how some of the members are eating on a daily basis. Caffeinehigh in particular has super yummy pictures on hers! :drool5:
