Hi Everyone!

I'm so glad to have found your wonderfully supportive community. I look forward to being a part of it and sharing my personal weight loss and workout experiences with all of you.

I started working out about 7 years ago and I've never looked back. Now it's just a regular part of my life that I could never live without. However, every now and then I need a supportive boost - just like everyone else. Right now I'm doing a lot of circuit training and plyometric training (jump training) in my workouts. They are really challenging and I'm noticing great toning to my body. After I initially lost 45 pounds, I became a certified personal trainer because I love sharing and helping others with their fitness goals. I truly believe that finess changed my life.
