Hi guys, my name is Kristy and I'm 22 years old. :waving:

My weight has fluctuated a lot in the past four years and I'm trying to get it under control. I used to weigh 140 pounds and then I shot up to 160. Then I dropped down to 130 and then I shot back up. =/ I have a hard time motivating myself to workout and always worry that I'm not doing good enough to actually lose weight. I also tend to get bored very easily and lose interest really fast. /sigh

Sooo I'm going to try to keep track of my progress by visiting this site and try to keep positive. =D
 
Ugh, I hear you. Take me as a good example of what NOT to do - I bounced between 130-165 for several years right after high school and then got pregnant and the weight SHOT UP to my current level. ::cry::

I think the best thing we can all learn from this forum is to just start and maintain good habits. I'm not sure if you've started a journal or not, but I think that's really going to keep me accountable for my weight loss. Here's hoping! Good luck and welcome!
